Every flight controller, ESC, stack, autopilot and power board here is designed and built in India. For FPV and freestyle that means Botlab Dynamics' solderless BotWing F405 and F722 boards and BotDrive AM32 ESCs, Zerodrag's STRIX H7 and Warp F7 controllers with the Boost 55A ESC, and Darkmatter's BRAHMA + VISHNU stacks — all Betaflight hardware with the maker's own support. For survey, agriculture and logistics airframes there are the ZUPPA EZFly and Elevate autopilots, VECROS JETCORE flight control and Jetson carrier boards, and AXL's Cube Orange+ carrier and 200A power distribution boards. Add-ons like the BotNavigator GNSS module, Vector Technics' 6S–12S BEC and BotGlow LEDs round out an all-Indian electronics stack.
Choosing an Indian-made flight controller
- F405 (Botlab BotWing F405) — the value pick for 5-inch freestyle; Betaflight 4.5 runs well with a sensible feature set.
- F722 (BotWing F722, Zerodrag Warp F7) — more UART ports and headroom for GPS, ELRS, VTX control and blackbox together.
- H7 (Zerodrag STRIX H7) — the fastest MCU, for 8kHz loops, heavy filtering and future firmware.
- Solderless — Botlab's BotWing boards use plug connectors for ESC, receiver, VTX and GPS, which speeds up builds and repairs; check that your peripherals come with matching leads.
AM32 ESCs
Botlab's BotDrive AM32 55A and Zerodrag's Boost 55A are open-firmware AM32 4-in-1 ESCs rated for 6S; the BotDrive 8-Bit 50A is the budget BLHeli_S-class option. AM32 gives you bidirectional DShot, RPM filtering and variable PWM frequency, tuned through the Betaflight configurator or the AM32 tool.
Stacks
Buying the FC and ESC as a stack (Botlab BotStack, Zerodrag Nova-Boost / Warp Boost / STRIX-BOOST, Darkmatter STACK 450 and 750) gets you matched connectors and a single supplier for support. All the stacks here are 30.5 × 30.5 mm mounting.
Autopilots for working drones
ZUPPA's EZFly (agriculture) and Elevate (survey, logistics, precision) autopilots and VECROS' JETCORE boards target airframes flown under mission plans rather than by hand.
