Dispatch times

Parts in stock at our Gurugram facility dispatch within 1 business day. Everything else on the catalogue dispatches within 3–4 business days of payment confirmation. Every part is verified for authenticity and quality-checked at our facility before it ships, and every order carries a GST invoice from Fiodel Technologies Private Limited.

Specialised or high-demand items can occasionally take a little longer — if anything on your order needs extra lead time, we'll reach out and keep you posted.

Delivery time

Once your order is dispatched from Gurugram, Haryana, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Metro and Tier-1 cities are usually on the faster end; remote and northeastern regions may take a little longer.
