Every order ships free, pan-India. There are no minimum-order thresholds and no hidden handling charges at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.

Some fast-moving parts we stock ourselves in Gurugram; the rest of the catalogue reflects live availability across our supplier network and is sourced on demand once your payment is confirmed — so we only ever list what we can actually get. Either way you're buying from us: every part is verified for authenticity and quality-checked at our facility before dispatch, and every order ships with a GST invoice from Fiodel Technologies Private Limited.

Most orders ship within 3–4 days. Specialised or high-demand items can take a little longer — if anything on your order needs extra lead time, we'll reach out and keep you posted.

Delivery time

Once your order is dispatched from Gurugram, Haryana, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Metro and Tier-1 cities are usually on the faster end; remote and northeastern regions may take a little longer.
