Shipping & Delivery

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is ₹100 (free on orders of ₹999 and above), and expedited shipping is ₹149. You choose at checkout, and the charge is shown in your order total before you pay.

Product prices include GST, and there are no handling charges. Paying directly by UPI or bank transfer costs nothing extra; paying online by card, UPI or net banking through Razorpay adds a 2% + GST gateway fee, shown before you pay.

Dispatch times

Parts in stock at our Gurugram facility dispatch the same business day for orders paid before 3 pm. Everything else dispatches within the window shown on its product page — counted in business days (Monday to Friday) from payment confirmation, batteries a little longer as they travel by ground. Every part is verified for authenticity and quality-checked at our facility before it ships, and every order carries a GST invoice from Fiodel Technologies Private Limited.

Specialised or high-demand items can occasionally take a little longer — if anything on your order needs extra lead time, we'll reach out and keep you posted.

Delivery time

Standard delivery arrives within 7–10 days of payment confirmation, and expedited delivery within 5–7 days — both counting dispatch from Gurugram, Haryana. Enter your PIN code on any product page, in the cart or at checkout to see the ship-by and delivery dates for your address. Metro and Tier-1 cities are usually on the faster end; remote and northeastern regions may take a little longer.

Pick up in Gurugram

Prefer to collect? Choose Store pickup at checkout and collect from our facility in Gurugram once we confirm your order is packed — no shipping charge. Delhi NCR customers can instead choose Porter pickup: book a Porter to our facility when the order is ready and pay Porter directly. Checkout shows the date your order will be ready.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we'll share tracking details over WhatsApp or email so you can follow it to your door. If you haven't heard from us and want an update, message us with your order number any time.
