Who you're buying from

Fioparts (fioparts.com) is a brand of Fiodel Technologies Private Limited, GSTIN 06AAGCF2358B1Z0, registered office at Ground Floor, 543n, Pace City II, Sector 37, Gurugram, Haryana 122004 ("Fioparts", "we"). Every order on this site is sold, invoiced, and dispatched by us — never by a third-party marketplace seller.

Products, pricing & availability

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Availability shown on a product page is live and confirmed again at checkout; orders are processed once your payment is verified.

We work hard to keep listings accurate, but if a listing or price turns out to be wrong, or a part can no longer be supplied to our quality standard, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

Orders & payment

Orders are prepaid. You can pay online at checkout by credit or debit card, UPI, or net banking, processed by Razorpay, our payment-gateway partner — a 2% + GST payment-gateway fee applies, shown before you pay. Or pay directly by UPI (received into our PhonePe Business account) or bank transfer to our company account with no fee; the exact details are shown on the payment page after you place an order. For direct payments, include your order number in the payment note so we can match your payment.

Gateway payments confirm your order instantly; direct UPI/bank payments are verified on our side, usually within a few hours. Either way you'll receive an email confirmation. Orders that remain unpaid may be cancelled. If we receive a payment but cannot fulfil the order, we refund the full amount to the source account.

Shipping & delivery

Standard shipping is ₹100 (free on orders of ₹999 and above), with delivery within 7–10 days of payment confirmation. Expedited shipping is ₹149, with delivery within 5–7 days. Both include dispatch from Gurugram; remote locations may take a little longer.

Returns, replacements & refunds

Items that arrive wrong, damaged, or dead-on-arrival are covered for replacement or refund when reported within 7 days of delivery. Used, installed or soldered products can't be returned; opening a part and powering it up once to check it works doesn't void a dead-on-arrival claim. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days of inspection.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full; once an order has shipped, the returns policy applies instead.

GST invoices

Every paid order includes a GST tax invoice from Fiodel Technologies Private Limited, downloadable from your order page. Add your company name and GSTIN at checkout to claim input tax credit.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate delivery and contact details, and keep your account credentials safe.
• Operate what you build lawfully — drone flight in India is regulated (including the DGCA Drone Rules); make sure your use complies with applicable law.
• Handle components like LiPo batteries according to manufacturer guidance.

Our liability

We verify and quality-check every dispatch, and the remedies in our returns policy are how we make problems right. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect losses — including damage caused by installation errors, crashes, or use outside manufacturer specifications.

The content on fioparts.com — text, images, and data — belongs to us or our licensors. Don't reproduce it commercially without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
