The terms that apply when you shop on fioparts.com — written to be read, not skimmed past.
Fioparts (fioparts.com) is a brand of Fiodel Technologies Private Limited, GSTIN 06AAGCF2358B1Z0, registered office at Ground Floor, 543n, Pace City II, Sector 37, Gurugram, Haryana 122004 ("Fioparts", "we"). Every order on this site is sold, invoiced, and dispatched by us — never by a third-party marketplace seller.

Read the Privacy Policy →All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Availability shown on a product page reflects both parts we stock in Gurugram and live availability across our supplier network — items marked "Available" are sourced on demand after your payment is confirmed.
We work hard to keep listings accurate, but if a listing or price turns out to be wrong, or a part can no longer be sourced to our quality standard, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.
Orders are prepaid by UPI — received into our PhonePe Business account — or by bank transfer to our company account; the exact details are shown on the payment page after you place an order. Include your order number in the payment note so we can match your payment.
Your order is confirmed once we verify the payment, usually within a few hours, and you'll receive an email confirmation. Orders that remain unpaid may be cancelled. If we receive a payment but cannot fulfil the order, we refund the full amount to the source account.
Shipping is free across India. Most orders are dispatched from Gurugram within 3–4 days of payment confirmation, and delivery typically takes a further 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Used, installed, or opened products can't be returned. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days of inspection.
Read the Returns policy →Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full; once an order has shipped, the returns policy applies instead.
Every paid order includes a GST tax invoice from Fiodel Technologies Private Limited, downloadable from your order page. Add your company name and GSTIN at checkout to claim input tax credit.
We verify and quality-check every dispatch, and the remedies in our returns policy are how we make problems right. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect losses — including damage caused by installation errors, crashes, or use outside manufacturer specifications.
The content on fioparts.com — text, images, and data — belongs to us or our licensors. Don't reproduce it commercially without permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
