Who we are

Fioparts (fioparts.com) is operated by Fiodel Technologies Private Limited, GSTIN 06AAGCF2358B1Z0, Ground Floor, 543n, Pace City II, Sector 37, Gurugram, Haryana 122004. This page explains what personal data we collect when you use the store, why we collect it, and the choices you have. For anything privacy-related, write to contact@fioparts.com.

What we collect

• Account details — your name, email address, and password. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes; we cannot read them.
• Addresses and orders — the shipping and billing addresses you save or enter at checkout (name, phone, address, and optionally your company name and GSTIN for GST invoices), plus your order history.
• Payment references — we never see or store your card details, UPI PIN, or banking credentials. You pay from your own UPI or banking app into our business account; we only receive the payment reference needed to match your payment to your order.
• Back-in-stock requests — the email address and product you asked us to notify you about.
• Cookies — a sign-in session cookie and a cart cookie so your cart survives between visits. We don't use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
• Usage analytics — self-hosted, privacy-focused analytics (Umami) count page visits in aggregate. It doesn't profile you and shares nothing with ad networks.

How we use your data

To process, source, ship, and support your orders; to verify payments; to send transactional email such as order updates, sign-in codes, and the back-in-stock alerts you asked for; and to issue GST invoices and maintain the records Indian tax law requires.

We don't run marketing email lists, and we never sell personal data.

What we share

• Delivery partners — your name, address, and phone number, so they can deliver your order.
• Service providers — our payment account provider processes incoming payments, and Amazon SES delivers our transactional email. Each receives only what its job requires.
• Authorities — where the law requires it, for example GST and tax records.

Our suppliers never receive your personal details — orders are consolidated and dispatched from our own facility in Gurugram.

How long we keep it

Your account data stays until you ask us to delete it. Order and invoice records are retained for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, even if the account is deleted.

Your rights

You can view and edit your details and addresses from your account at any time. Email us at contact@fioparts.com to correct, export, or delete your data — we'll act on it promptly, keeping only what the law obliges us to retain.

We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Any grievance sent to the same address is acknowledged and resolved as quickly as we can.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date below.
