Returns & Replacements

When a return is accepted

We check every order before it ships, but if something isn't right when it reaches you, we'll make it right. A return is accepted when:

• You received the wrong item — a different product, variant, or specification than you ordered.
• The item arrived physically damaged in transit.
• The item is dead-on-arrival — faulty or not functioning as described, straight out of the box.

Report the issue within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and clear photos or a short video of the problem (and the packaging, for transit damage).

What can't be returned

Drone electronics can't be resold once they've been powered up or installed, so we can't accept returns on:

• Products that have been used, installed, powered on, soldered, or flown.
• Items whose sealed or anti-static packaging has been opened — for electronics, opened counts as used.
• Consumables once used — including charged batteries, mounted propellers, and adhesives.
• Change-of-mind returns, or ordering the wrong part by mistake. If you're unsure what fits, ask us before you buy.

How to request a return

It's a quick, three-step process:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery over WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos/video of the issue.
• We'll review your request and, once approved, share return instructions. Return shipping is arranged by you; please send the item back in its original packaging and unused condition.
• After we receive and inspect the item, we'll ship a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected — typically within 5–7 business days of inspection. We'll confirm by WhatsApp or email once it's on its way back to you.
