Fioparts is the drone-parts store of Fiodel Technologies Private Limited, a Gurugram-based drone company (GSTIN 06AAGCF2358B1Z0). Every order on this site is sold, GST-invoiced, and dispatched by us — you're never buying from a third-party marketplace seller.
More about us →After you place an order we show you a payment page with a UPI QR code and UPI ID — our PhonePe Business account — plus our bank-transfer details. Pay the exact amount with your order number in the payment note and we match the payment on our side; no screenshots needed. Your order is confirmed as soon as the payment is verified, usually within a few hours.
Not at the moment. We currently accept prepaid payments by UPI and bank transfer only. Prepaid orders let us source and dispatch faster and pass on better pricing.
Yes. Add your company name and GSTIN to your address at checkout, and we will raise a GST invoice against your order. You can download it from your order page once the payment is confirmed.
Not everything — and we're upfront about it. Items marked "In stock with us" sit on our own shelves in Gurugram. Everything else marked "Available" reflects live availability across our vetted supplier network: when you order, we procure the part on demand, verify its authenticity, and quality-check it at our facility before dispatch. Either way, you're buying from us.
How the store works →Your order is procured on demand once payment is confirmed, then verified and quality-checked before it ships — most orders ship within 3–4 days. After dispatch from Gurugram, delivery usually takes another 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Once your order ships we send tracking details on WhatsApp or by email. You can also see your order status any time under your account orders.
We accept returns or replacements for items that arrive wrong, damaged, or dead-on-arrival, reported within 7 days of delivery. Used, installed, or opened products cannot be returned.
