How to choose a heavy-lift motor
Heavy-lift motors are sized backwards from the airframe: total weight, divided by motor count, doubled for a safe hover at 50% throttle, gives the thrust per motor you need. T-Motor publishes thrust tables per motor, prop and voltage — use them rather than KV alone.
- Antigravity MN4004 300KV and MN4006 380KV: 4S–6S with 12–15 inch props, for lightweight 1.5–3kg camera quads; sold in pairs.
- Antigravity MN6007 II 320KV and MN7005 115KV: 6S–12S with 18–24 inch props, for 5–10kg survey and cinema platforms.

Compatibility
Use T-Motor's specified prop and voltage for each motor; running a 12S motor on 6S or over-propping a 6S motor wastes efficiency and cooks the windings. Pair each motor with an ESC rated for the pack voltage and 1.3× the motor's max current — T-Motor's Alpha and Flame ESCs are the maker's own match, and Hobbywing X-Rotor ESCs are common alternatives.
Heavy-lift motors use M3 or M4 mounts on 25–30mm or wider bolt patterns, and most take folding or fixed carbon props with a 6mm or larger hub.
