Product details

The T-Motor Navigator MN4014 is a brushless outrunner built for multirotor UAVs and aerial-photography platforms, offered in 330KV and 400KV. Its 40 × 14 mm stator runs on 4–8S LiPo, suiting quad, hexa and octo frames that carry camera payloads; T-Motor's suggested 6S setup for the 400KV pairs it with a 17 × 5.8 inch prop and a 40A ESC.

Key features

  • Oversized bearings: ball bearings twice the size normally fitted to a motor of this class, for smooth low-speed running and a stable rotor under load.
  • Upgraded stator: reduces eddy-current loss for better efficiency and power.
  • 18N24P configuration on a 4 mm shaft.
  • Flexible mounting holes on the bell to take most common props and prop adapters.
  • Two KV options: the 330KV swings larger props or runs higher cell counts at lower RPM; the 400KV spins faster on the same pack.

Specifications

  • Stator: 40 mm diameter × 14 mm height
  • Configuration: 18N24P
  • Shaft: 4 mm
  • Motor size: Ø44.7 × 34.5 mm
  • Weight: 150 g without leads, 171 g with leads
  • LiPo: 4–8S
  • Leads: 18AWG, 600 mm
  • Internal resistance (400KV): 67 mΩ
  • Peak current / power (400KV): 30 A / 900 W for 180 s
  • Suggested 6S setup (400KV): 17 × 5.8 in prop, 40A ESC

Each unit is a single motor, so order four for a quad or six for a hexa. Settle your prop size and battery voltage first, then pick the KV that keeps current inside the motor's rating.
