Product details
The T-Motor Alpha 60A 12S V1.2 is an industrial-grade single ESC engineered for heavy-lift aerial platforms, large-scale cinelifters, and agricultural drones. Utilizing Field-Oriented Control (FOC) technology, this ESC drives motors with a sine wave rather than a traditional square wave. This methodology significantly reduces acoustic noise, lowers motor operating temperatures, and increases overall power system efficiency.
Key features
FOC sine-wave drive algorithm ensures precise low-RPM motor control and smoother torque delivery
Rated specifically for 12S LiPo input to support high-voltage, low-current heavy payload systems
Enclosed aluminium shell provides structural protection, dust resistance, and rapid heat dissipation
Active freewheeling functionality improves response times during rapid throttle adjustments
Specifications
Continuous Current: 60A
Peak Current: 80A
Input Voltage: 12S LiPo
Firmware: T-Motor FOC
Throttle Signal: PWM (50–500Hz)
Because FOC technology relies on precise motor phase profiling, this ESC is highly motor-specific. It is designed to pair seamlessly with T-Motor's low-KV heavy-lift motors, such as the U-Power or MN series. Always verify exact motor compatibility before integrating this ESC into a custom heavy-lift build.
