The Mateksys M9N-5883 is a robust GPS and compass module built around the advanced u-blox NEO-M9N receiver. Tailored for long-range FPV drones, cinelifters, and autonomous fixed-wing builds running INAV or ArduPilot, it locks onto multiple satellite constellations simultaneously. This concurrent reception provides exceptionally rapid satellite acquisition and pinpoint positional accuracy for return-to-home and waypoint navigation.

To ensure accurate heading data, mount the module on a mast or a high point on your frame, keeping the internal compass as far away from high-current battery wires, motors, and VTX antennas as possible to minimise electromagnetic interference.
