An MT60 plug joins a brushless motor's three phase wires to its ESC in one polarised housing instead of three loose bullets. This set carries the male and female halves for one motor-to-ESC joint, handy on planes and larger multirotors where a motor has to come off for repair without cutting and re-soldering wires.

Solder the female half to the ESC leads and the male half to the motor, so the powered side carries the recessed contacts. If the motor spins the wrong way once connected, reverse it in the ESC settings where supported, or swap two phase wires at the solder joints.
