EMAX Pulsar LED 2207 2450KV Brushless Motor

EMAX's Pulsar LED is a 2207 brushless motor with three LEDs built into its base whose brightness follows the current drawn — the harder you push the throttle, the brighter it glows. At 2450KV it is set up for 3–4S LiPo on 5–5.5 in props, suiting 5-inch freestyle quads and pilots who fly at dusk and want the quad easy to track.

Key features

• Throttle-reactive lighting: swap between the included red, blue and clear translucent bases to change the glow colour.

• 12N14P layout with N52 arc magnets and composite multi-strand windings.

• EZO 9 × 4 × 4 mm bearings and a hollow steel shaft with an M5 prop thread; an aluminium M5 nylock nut is supplied.

• Up to 1710 g thrust on 4S, with a 43 A peak current.

Size your ESC for the 43 A peak — choose one rated at 45 A or more for 4S flying. Two screw lengths are supplied: use the shortest that fully engages the motor base on your arm thickness, and check that no screw tip touches the windings.
