EC5 Gold-Plated Battery Connector (Male / Female / Pair)

EC5 is the high-current plug for large LiPo packs, ESCs and chargers on heavy-lift drones, big fixed-wings and RC cars. These connectors use 5 mm gold-plated bullet contacts in a shrouded, polarised housing, and come as a single male, a single female or a matched male + female pair.

• Keyed housing mates one way only, so a pack can't be plugged in reversed, and the shroud keeps the contacts from touching anything else.

Solder the wires to the bullets first, then press each bullet into the housing until it seats. Fit the female (socket) half to the battery lead so its live contacts stay recessed, and the male half to the ESC or charge lead. When converting a pack or charger to EC5, take the pair so both sides match.
