The CUAV NEO 3 Pro is a DroneCAN GNSS unit for Pixhawk-class autopilots running ArduPilot or PX4. It carries a u-blox NEO-M9N receiver, an industrial RM3100 compass, a barometer, an RGB status light, a buzzer and a safety switch in one housing, so a single four-pin CAN cable replaces the usual bundle of GPS, I2C, LED and switch leads.
u-blox NEO-M9N tracking GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and BeiDou together, with 32 or more satellites in view
RM3100 compass, far less prone to drift near the high-current wiring of a large airframe than a budget magnetometer
DroneCAN over CAN1 or CAN2, which removes the cable-length limits of an I2C compass run
Status LED, buzzer and safety switch built in, so no separate arming switch assembly is needed
SAW plus LNA plus SAW front end for rejecting interference from video transmitters and ESCs
GNSS receiver: u-blox NEO-M9N
Constellations: GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou
Horizontal accuracy: 2.0 m, 1.5 m with SBAS
Speed accuracy: 0.05 m/s
Update rate: 25 Hz maximum
Cold / hot start: 24 s / 2 s
Compass: RM3100
Barometer: ICP-20100
Processor: STM32F412
Interface: DroneCAN, GHR-04V-S connector
Input voltage: 4.7-5.2 V
Operating temperature: -10 to 70 degrees C
Size: 60 x 60 x 16 mm
Weight: 33 g
It accepts RTCM3.3 correction injection for metre-level differential positioning but does not do carrier-phase RTK, so choose an F9P-based unit if centimetre accuracy is the requirement.
