3DR Radio Telemetry V3 433MHz 1000mW (Air + Ground)

A 433MHz telemetry pair in the 3DR Radio V3 format with a 1W amplifier in each module, for long MAVLink links between APM or Pixhawk flight controllers and a ground station. The two modules are identical, so either one can sit on the aircraft or at the ground station.

• Independent 1W signal amplifier per module, up to 30dBm (1000mW) transmit power at 9600bps
• Micro USB and TTL ports on both modules, with a CP2102 USB-to-TTL chip for direct laptop connection
• Cables for APM (5-pin) and Pixhawk (6-pin) plus an OTG cable for connecting to a phone or tablet
• Open-source SiK firmware on HM-TRP modules with Si1000 microcontrollers: MAVLink framing, FHSS, adaptive TDM, LBT/AFA and error correction of up to 25% of bit errors
• Configure locally with AT commands or the remote radio with RT commands

Expect 2–3 km only with clear line of sight, good weather and a low air data rate; with default settings at full power, plan on roughly 300–500 m, then lower the data rate or add a bidirectional amplifier for more. Keep both radios on identical SiK settings or they will not link.
