Matek 12S Pro BEC (9–55V to 5V/8V/12V 5A)

The Matek 12S Pro BEC is a high-voltage step-down regulator for heavy-lift cinelifters, X-Class rigs and agricultural drones running high-cell-count power systems. It steps a 9-55V input down to a clean, selectable output for servos, video transmitters, gimbals and cameras.

On 8S to 12S builds, mount the BEC with good airflow and fit a low-ESR capacitor across the main battery input to protect it from voltage spikes at plug-in; the selectable output also suits agricultural spray drones sharing one high-voltage pack across the flight controller, pump and servo electronics.
