SpeedyBee 12V 1A Micro BEC Module with Physical Switch (3-6S)

The SpeedyBee 12V 1A Micro BEC takes power from a 3–6S LiPo and supplies a regulated 12V rail for accessories that need their own steady 12V supply on a quad. It supports a physical switch, so the 12V output can be turned off without unplugging the battery, and at 1.5g and 1.15mm thick it fits almost anywhere in a build.

Add up the draw of everything you connect: 1A at 12V is 12W in total. Keep the load within that, and choose a higher-rated BEC if a device's peak draw exceeds it.
