3S LiPo batteries are three-cell packs at 11.1V nominal (11.4V for LiHV), the usual choice for 3-inch quads, toothpicks with larger motors, and lighter 2.5–3.5 inch cinewhoops. This page collects every 3S pack in our LiPo Batteries range. Pick by capacity first, since it sets flight time against weight, then match the connector to your drone's power lead — almost all 3S packs here use XT30 — and check the C rating covers your motors' peak draw.
How to choose a 3S LiPo
A 3-inch freestyle quad typically flies 550–850mAh; a 3.5-inch or cinewhoop build carries 850–1300mAh; and 2200mAh 3S packs suit fixed-wing trainers and larger DIY quads on 1000KV-class motors.
- Capacity (mAh): longer flights, more weight. Small quads feel the extra grams quickly.
- Discharge rating (C): capacity × C is the rated continuous current. An 850mAh 80C pack is rated for 68A, plenty for a 3-inch build.
- LiPo vs LiHV: LiHV cells charge to 4.35V (13.05V for 3S) for a little more punch, but need a charger with an HV mode and are stored the same 3.8V per cell.
- Connector: XT30 on nearly every 3S pack here; make sure the lead on your drone matches.

Compatibility
A 3S pack sits at 11.1V nominal and 12.6V fully charged (13.05V for LiHV). Motors for 3S builds are wound at 2500–4000KV depending on prop size; a 6S motor at 1750KV will feel flat on 3S, and a 1S whoop motor will not survive it. Check the ESC and any directly powered accessory are rated for at least 3S.
Charge at 1C on a balance charger with a 3S balance lead — 0.85A for an 850mAh pack — and store packs at 3.8V per cell (11.4V) between sessions.
