Product details
The Tarot 1455 is a 14 x 5.5 inch high-efficiency folding propeller for multirotor UAVs, from quadcopters to hexa- and octocopters.
Key features
- Optimised airfoil in high-strength engineering material for good flexibility and blade stability; Tarot rates the design at more than 10% higher efficiency with extra power reserve
- Blade moulds machined on a Swiss MIKRON 5-axis machining centre for consistent geometry
- Folding blades swing back when the motors stop, so the aircraft packs smaller for transport
- Light at about 9.5 g per blade
- 3.0 mm centre hole and 4.4 mm root thickness to suit Tarot-style folding prop holders
Specifications
- Diameter: 14 in
- Pitch: 5.5 in
- Blade length: 163 mm
- Weight: approx. 9.5 g per blade
- Centre hole: 3.0 mm
- Root thickness: 4.4 mm
- Rotation: CW (TL100D33) or CCW (TL100D34)
A quadcopter needs two CW and two CCW propellers, so order both rotations to match your motor layout. The folding prop holder is not included; confirm that your holder's blade slot takes the 4.4 mm root before ordering.
