Product details

The Holybro H-RTK F9P Ultralight puts a u-blox ZED-F9P multi-band RTK receiver, an IST8310 compass and an integrated helical antenna into a module weighing under 25 g, for mapping, survey and research UAVs where every gram counts. With RTK corrections it gives centimetre-level positioning to Pixhawk-standard flight controllers.

Key features

  • Concurrent multi-band tracking of GPS/QZSS (L1C/A, L2C), GLONASS (L1OF, L2OF), Galileo (E1B/C, E5b) and BeiDou (B1I, B2I)
  • RTK accuracy of 1 cm + 1 ppm horizontal; 0.5 m CEP with DGNSS and 2.0 m CEP standalone
  • Integrated helical antenna, so there is no separate antenna or mast to mount
  • IST8310 magnetometer on board for heading
  • Fast fixes: 1 s hot start, 20 s warm start, 35 s or less cold start

Specifications

  • GNSS receiver: u-blox ZED-F9P
  • Compass: IST8310
  • Constellations: GPS/QZSS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou
  • RTK update rate: up to 20 Hz (GPS only)
  • Tracking sensitivity: −163 dBm
  • Baud rate: 38400–230400 bps (115200 default)
  • Interfaces: 2 × UART, I2C
  • Supply: 5 V
  • Operational limits: 4 g, 18,000 m altitude, 515 m/s
  • Weight: under 25 g
  • In the box: module, GH 10-pin and GH 6-pin cables (400 mm each)

RTK needs a correction source: a second F9P module as a ground base station, or an NTRIP service fed through your ground control station, plus a telemetry link to carry the corrections to the aircraft.
