Gemfan Vortex 5x7.5 Glass Fiber Nylon Electric Propeller (2CW+2CCW)

The Gemfan Vortex 5x7.5 is a compact, high-pitch two-blade electric propeller for fixed-wing aircraft: 5 inches across with 7.5 inches of pitch, moulded in glass-fibre nylon. With pitch half again the diameter, it is set up for airspeed rather than static thrust. The set contains four props, two 5x7.5E (CW) and two 5x7.5R (CCW).

Key features

• Glass-fibre nylon construction for strength and durability

• CFD-optimised airfoil with streamlined blades

• Frosted leading edge for smoother airflow

• Thin blade tips reduce noise and tip vortices

• Anti-slip hub surface for secure mounting; adapter rings included

These are bored fixed-wing props for a prop adapter, not press-on multirotor props. If you want a touch more pitch speed from the same mount, the 5.25x8 in this range is the step up; either way, check your motor maker's chart and measure current with a watt meter before the first flight.
