The CAPUF EC200U is a Quectel EC200U-based 4G (with 2G fallback) cellular modem board with an integrated GNSS receiver, aimed at telemetry and connected-drone projects that need mobile-network data alongside position data.
Key features
Connects over a 3.3V-compatible UART or USB-C, with the same USB signals also broken out on a 4-pin header.
Accepts a 5V or any 5-28V DC supply, with overvoltage and overcurrent protection built in.
Separate U.FL connectors are provided for the 4G/LTE, GPS and Bluetooth antennas; the 4G antenna is included, while GPS and Bluetooth antennas are bought separately.
Nano SIM card slot with ESD-protected signal lines.
Status LEDs report USB power, supply voltage, modem-ready state and network registration.
Board measures 73 x 50mm, with a solid ground-plane layer for RF performance.
