Amass MR30 three-pin connector with a black housing, offered as a male or a female half. The MR30 is the compact plug of choice for detachable motor leads between brushless motors and ESCs, and for any three-wire power or signal run that needs to come apart for servicing.

Solder the motor leads to one half and the ESC leads to the other, then sleeve each joint with heat shrink. Because the housing fixes the wire order, reverse a motor's rotation in the ESC configurator rather than by swapping wires at the plug.
