3K Carbon Fiber Sheet 300mm x 200mm

A 300mm x 200mm 3K carbon fibre sheet in 1mm or 2mm thickness, large enough to cut top plates, camera plates, canopy parts and antenna or GPS mounts for small and mid-size frames.

Key features

• Solid laminate: layered carbon fibre and resin throughout, not skins over a filler core, so strength is consistent through the thickness.
• 3K carbon fibre: 3,000 filaments per tow, the usual grade for drone frame plate.
• Two thicknesses: 1mm for light covers, side plates and mounts; 2mm for top plates and stiffer brackets.
• Durable: resists UV, ageing and corrosion.

For arms or main plates on a 5-inch frame, step up to a thicker sheet; this size and thickness range is best for secondary plates and mounts. Cut with carbide or diamond tooling under dust extraction, as carbon dust is harmful to breathe and electrically conductive.
