3K Carbon Fiber Sheet 1000mm x 1200mm

A full-size 3K carbon fibre sheet, 1000mm x 1200mm, for cutting drone frames, arms, top and bottom plates, landing gear and mounts — or for batch-cutting parts for several builds from one panel. Choose a thickness from 1mm to 5mm to suit the part.

Key features

• Solid laminate: layered carbon fibre and resin all the way through rather than two thin skins pressed over a filler core, so cut parts keep their strength across the full thickness.
• 3K carbon fibre: 3,000 filaments per tow, the standard grade for FPV and UAV frame plate.
• Six thicknesses: 1mm and 1.5mm for camera plates, covers and mounts; 2.5mm to 5mm for arms, main plates and landing gear.
• Light and durable: density of 1.5 g/cm³, with resistance to UV, ageing and corrosion.

Cut it with a CNC router or carbide and diamond tooling, with dust extraction or wet cutting — carbon dust is harmful to breathe and electrically conductive, so keep it away from electronics. Sand or seal cut edges so they cannot chafe wires and battery leads.
