3K Carbon Fiber Sheet 100mm x 250mm

A compact 3K carbon fibre sheet, 100mm x 250mm, sized for replacement arms, camera and antenna mounts, battery plates, brackets and other one-off parts on FPV and UAV builds. Available in 1mm, 3mm, 4mm and 5mm thicknesses.

Key features

• Solid laminate: layered carbon fibre and resin throughout rather than skins over a filler core, so parts hold their strength through the full thickness once cut.
• 3K carbon fibre: 3,000 filaments per tow, the usual grade for drone frame plate.
• Thickness to suit the part: 1mm for camera plates and light mounts; 3mm to 5mm for arms and load-bearing brackets.
• Durable: resists UV, ageing and corrosion.

Cut with carbide or diamond tooling under dust extraction — carbon dust is harmful to breathe and conductive, so keep it away from electronics — then sand the edges smooth so they cannot chafe wiring.
