FrSky, FlySky & Other Receivers

FlySky, FrSky and Radiolink receivers, plus transmitter and receiver sets such as the FlySky FS-i6 and FS-i6X combos, for pilots on non-ELRS radios. The protocol must match exactly: FlySky AFHDS 2A receivers won't bind to an older AFHDS radio, and FrSky D8, D16 and Tandem are separate families. Check channel count and output, PWM for planes or iBUS and SBUS for flight controllers, then frequency: the FrSky Tandem units add 900MHz alongside 2.4GHz.
