Product details

This pre-soldered XT60 female pigtail comes assembled with 10 cm of flexible, heat-resistant 12AWG or 14AWG silicone wire. Designed specifically for LiPo battery repairs, building custom charging leads, or creating parallel power harnesses for FPV drones and RC aircraft, it eliminates the tricky task of soldering heavy-gauge wire directly to bare connector cups.

Key features

  • High-strand-count tinned copper conductors (12AWG or 14AWG) capable of handling high continuous current draws on 4S to 6S setups without significant voltage drop or wire heating.
  • Ultra-flexible silicone insulation resists high soldering temperatures without shrinking or melting, and remains pliable across a wide operating temperature range.
  • Pre-soldered and securely insulated XT60 female housing prevents accidental shorts while providing a tight, high-retention connection for battery terminals.
  • 10 cm wire length offers ample reach for routing custom battery leads, power distribution extensions, or bench power harnesses without adding excessive weight.

Specifications

  • Connector Type: XT60 Female
  • Wire Gauge: 12 AWG or 14 AWG (variant dependent)
  • Wire Length: 10 cm (100 mm)
  • Insulation Material: Silicone rubber
  • Conductor Material: High-strand tinned copper
  • Connector Rated Voltage: 500 V DC
  • Connector Operating Temperature: -20°C to 120°C

When replacing a damaged discharge lead on a live LiPo battery pack, always cut, strip, and solder one wire at a time to prevent accidental short circuits across the cell terminals.
