Product details

The Hummingbird V4 is a 65 mm, 1S brushless tiny whoop that weighs just 19.5 g without a battery. It comes bind-and-fly on the Hummingbird V4 AIO board with an SPI ELRS 2.4 GHz receiver and a SmartMax VTX, making it a light, quiet indoor flyer for beginners and a sharp whoop-racing machine for experienced pilots.

Key features

  • Hummingbird V4 AIO: STM32F411, BMI270 gyro, 12A BLHeli_S ESCs flashed with Bluejay 0.19.2 at 48 kHz, NBD7456 OSD compatible with Betaflight
  • SmartMax VTX: 25 mW for racing, 100 mW, or temperature-managed output up to 400 mW through the BeeTX 5.8 GHz antenna
  • SPI ELRS 3.x receiver; radios on ELRS older than 3.0 need updating, as Betaflight 4.5 no longer supports them
  • Hummingbird 0702 30000KV motors on a polypropylene Cockroach V3 65 mm frame with Azi 31 mm tri-blade props
  • BeeEye camera under a Goober V2 canopy with a 3D-printed camera adapter; canopy and prop colours are random

  • Weight: 19.5 g without battery

To bind, power up and press the bind button under the flight controller. You will need an ELRS radio, analog 5.8 GHz goggles and 1S packs of around 250–300 mAh with a plug that matches the drone; current units use NewBeeDrone's NX69 connector.
