Holybro CAN Hub, Powered 4-Port CAN Expansion Module

The Holybro CAN Hub turns one flight-controller CAN port into four and powers each of them from its own step-down regulator, fed straight from the flight battery. It suits DroneCAN builds where several peripherals, such as GPS units, compasses and power modules, share one bus and need a supply that does not sag.

Key features

• One CAN port in, four out: CAN in on a GHR-4V-S connector, four JST-GH (BM04B-GHS-TBT) outputs.
• Dedicated 5.2V supply of up to 1.0A per port, 3A in total, from a 2–12S battery through an XT30 input.
• Steadier power than the flight controller's CAN rail, which can drop below 5V when other devices load it and shares a roughly 3A limit across all its ports.
• Two cable lengths: 27 cm or 42 cm, to suit the distance between the flight controller and the peripherals.
