This CNC-machined cooling kit is a lightweight heat sink and protective mount for the DJI O4 Air Unit, engineered around the O4 series camera housing to help manage heat in compact FPV builds where airflow around the video system is limited.

Machined from 6061 aviation-grade aluminium in a single-piece unibody design for heat dissipation and impact protection.
Supports both 20x20mm and 25.5x25.5mm mounting patterns, fitting a wide range of O4 Air Unit installations.
Weighs just 5.1g, around 3g lighter than comparable cooling solutions, while keeping the housing rugged.
Comes with thermal grease and M2x7 mounting screws, so no separate hardware is needed to fit it.
Finished in black to match the O4 Air Unit's own housing.
