CubeMars AK60-6 V1.1 KV80 Robot Actuator (Without Driver Board)

The CubeMars AK60-6 V1.1 KV80 is a compact robot actuator that packs a brushless outrunner motor and a 6:1 planetary reducer into one housing, for robot joints, legged robots and exoskeletons. This version comes without the driver board, for builders who run it from their own FOC motor driver.

Key features

• 3 N·m rated, 9 N·m peak output torque through the 6:1 planetary gearbox.
• 80KV at 24 V rated, giving about 320 rpm at the output with no load.
• NTC temperature sensor (MF51B 103F3950) so your driver can watch winding temperature.
• Three-phase star winding, rated for -20 to 50°C operation.
• No driver board fitted: CubeMars' servo and MIT control modes live on their driver, so plan for an external three-phase FOC controller.

On a 6S LiPo (22.2 V nominal) it runs close to its 24 V rating. If you want CubeMars' CAN control out of the box, the AK60-6 with its driver board is the plug-in option; this bare version suits projects that already have a motor controller.
