The CNHL MiniStar HV 450mAh is a 2S high-voltage LiPo for 2-3 inch toothpicks and other light 2S micro quads with an XT30 power lead, supplied as a set of three identical packs. LiHV cells charge to 4.35 V per cell (8.7 V per pack), giving more voltage early in the flight than a standard 4.2 V LiPo of the same size. This is the HV version, not the 7.4 V standard MiniStar 450mAh.

Use the LiHV setting on your charger: a standard LiPo setting stops at 4.2 V per cell and leaves capacity unused. Store the packs at around 3.85 V per cell between sessions.
