Every pack on this page is spot-welded, balanced and finished in India. Our own Gurugram-built range covers Molicel P28A (18650, 2800mAh), P42A (21700, 4200mAh) and P45B (21700, 4500mAh) cells in every configuration from 1S1P to 12S4P, assembled to order with your choice of XT-60 or XT90-AS connector and dispatched in 3–4 business days. Revogreen builds 3S, 4S and 6S packs on Samsung cells, and there are 3S2P to 8S3P packs on Samsung INR21700-50S cells for long-range and industrial airframes. The cells are imported — no one makes 18650 or 21700 cells in India yet — but the pack design, welding, balance leads, BMS-free wiring and QC are done here.
Choosing a Li-ion pack
- Cell — P28A for the lightest packs and highest continuous current per cell (35A); P42A and P45B for 50% more capacity per cell on 21700 format; Samsung 50S for 5000mAh capacity at moderate current.
- Series (S) — sets voltage: 4S for 14.8V, 6S for 22.2V freestyle and 7-inch, 8S–12S for heavy-lift and industrial ESCs.
- Parallel (P) — multiplies capacity and current. A 6S2P P42A pack is 8400mAh and delivers 90A continuous.
- Connector — XT-60 up to about 60A continuous, XT90-AS with anti-spark for 8S+ or high-current packs, XT-30 offered on 1P packs up to 4S.
Made to order in Gurugram
The Molicel packs are built when you order — cells matched by internal resistance, nickel-strip welded, balance lead fitted, heat-shrunk and load-tested — and dispatched within 3–4 business days. Each is priced per cell, so a 6S2P (12 cells) costs exactly twice a 6S1P.
Care
Charge Li-ion at 0.5–1C to 4.2V per cell using a Li-ion profile with the balance lead connected; set your low-voltage alarm around 3.0V per cell (Li-ion is safe to 2.5V, unlike LiPo). Store at 3.6–3.7V per cell.
Frequently asked questions
- Are the Li-ion packs made in India?
- The packs are designed, spot-welded, balanced and tested in India — the Molicel range in our Gurugram workshop, Revogreen's packs at their facility. The cells themselves (Molicel, Samsung) are imported; no Indian manufacturer produces 18650/21700 cells yet.
- How long does a made-to-order Molicel pack take?
- Packs are assembled after payment and dispatched within 3–4 business days, then ship pan-India.
- Which connector should I choose?
- XT-60 for most 4S–6S FPV and 7-inch packs; XT90-AS (anti-spark) for 8S and above or for packs feeding high-current industrial ESCs; XT-30 is available on small 1P packs.
- P42A or P45B?
- Both are 21700 cells rated 45A continuous. P45B has 4500mAh against the P42A's 4200mAh and slightly lower internal resistance, so it flies a little longer for a small premium.
