Product details

This 70mm MMCX to SMA or RP-SMA pigtail connects your video transmitter to an external antenna. The flange-mount variants carry a two-hole flange that lets you bolt the antenna connector directly to carbon fibre frame plates, custom 3D-printed TPU mounts, or ground station enclosures. Hard-mounting your antenna connection isolates impact forces during crashes, preventing mechanical stress from tearing the delicate MMCX port off your VTX.

Key features

  • 70mm cable length allows for clean wire routing from a central VTX to a rear frame mount.
  • Flange-mount variants (SMA or RP-SMA) bolt to frames and enclosures through a two-hole panel flange; the plain RP-SMA variants come with a straight or right-angled MMCX plug.
  • Isolates the VTX from crash impacts by anchoring the heavy antenna to the frame structure.
  • Available in both SMA and RP-SMA configurations to match your existing antenna ecosystem.

Specifications

  • VTX Connector: MMCX Male (straight or right-angled on the plain RP-SMA variants)
  • Antenna Connector: SMA Female or RP-SMA Female (flange mount), or RP-SMA Female (plain, no flange)
  • Cable Length: 70mm
  • Cable Type: RG178
  • Frequency: 5.8GHz
  • Mounting Style: 2-hole panel flange (flange variants); none (plain variants)
  • Impedance: 50 Ohms

Note: The flange mount incorporates a female jack (with external threads). Verify your antenna connector type before selecting your variant; SMA is mainly used with analogue VTX systems, while RP-SMA is mainly used with digital VTX systems.
