A double-sided wire grommet that lines a 4 mm hole in a frame plate, canopy or enclosure panel, so wires pass through without rubbing on the cut edge. Carbon-fibre plates have edges sharp enough to wear through silicone insulation under vibration, and a grommet is the cheap fix.
