Product details
A universal 2.4 GHz replacement antenna with an IPEX1 (U.FL) plug, for RC receivers and for radios whose internal antenna connects on an IPEX lead. Use it to replace a cut, frayed or snapped receiver antenna after a crash, or keep a couple as spares in the field kit.
Key features
- IPEX1 / U.FL plug — the small snap-on connector used on most 2.4 GHz receivers.
- Copper-tube dipole element on a thin coax lead, about 10 cm long.
- Works with any 2.4 GHz RC link — FrSky, FlySky, Radiolink or 2.4 GHz ELRS receivers with a U.FL socket.
- Linear polarisation, the standard for receiver dipoles.
Specifications
- Frequency: 2.4 GHz
- Connector: IPEX1 (U.FL)
- Type: copper-tube dipole
- Length: approx. 10 cm
It suits FrSky X6R, X8R, XSR and D-series receivers and similar FlySky and Radiolink units. Check the socket on your receiver before ordering: many newer compact receivers use the smaller IPEX4 (MHF4) socket, which this plug will not fit. Press the plug straight down onto the socket, route the copper-tube end away from carbon plates and power wiring, and on diversity receivers set the two antennas at 90 degrees to each other.
