Product details

A straightforward 30A electronic speed controller flashed with SimonK firmware, widely used in classic 450-size quadcopters, fixed-wing aircraft, and basic DIY robotics. This ESC offers reliable multirotor throttle response and is available with pre-fitted connectors to cut down on soldering time, or without them for custom wiring.

Key features

  • Pre-flashed with legacy SimonK firmware for improved throttle linearity over standard helicopter ESCs.

  • Integrated 5V linear BEC to supply power directly to flight controllers and RC receivers.

  • Available with factory-soldered 3.5mm bullet connectors for quick BLDC motor installation, or without connectors.

  • Wide compatibility with standard PWM radio receivers.

Specifications

  • Firmware: SimonK

  • Continuous Current: 30A

  • Burst Current: 40A (for 10 seconds)

  • Input Voltage: 2-3S LiPo

  • BEC Output: 5V / 2A (Linear)

  • Motor Connectors: 3.5mm Bullets (With Connectors version); none on the Without Connectors version

  • Protection: reverse polarity, protected 5V receiver line

  • Dimensions: 45 x 24 x 9 mm

Because this ESC relies on legacy firmware and standard PWM signals, it does not support modern digital protocols like DShot. It is best suited for direct-to-receiver fixed-wing setups or older flight controllers such as APM, Pixhawk, or KK2 boards rather than modern Betaflight racing builds.
